This is an exercise that is carried out at regular intervals by all crews on the Pilot boats and Tugs operating in Dublin Port, it is essential that crews are trained and ready to respond to any eventuality involving a MOB. In some instances it could be a casualty from another vessel. Located at the Superior Entry to the Duluth-Superior Harbor, the Wisconsin Point Cam is perfectly located to catch the large and small craft as they move through the Canal.
