The All India Maritime Pilots' Association has released its new journal for October.

A portrait honouring the "vital role" women play in the maritime industry has been unveiled.

USAID, through its Economic Resilience Activity (ERA), delivered a second pilot boat "Lotsman Bolotin" to the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) to improve the efficiency and safety of pilots moving to and from vessels navigating the Danube ports.

Do you ever leave the harbour to get on a vessel you will guide along without a ritual? In this article I would like to share my thoughts on this pilot ladder poster. Is it as good as we think or is there room for improvement? By taking you through this poster step by step I hope to explain what needs to be changed to make it similar to IMO an SOLAS regulations.
