ANTWERP - A pilot who visited the ship Minerva Oceania to lead it to the port of Antwerp appears to have become infected with the coronavirus.

The pilots say that Port Tampa Bay leadership is leaning on them to change policies in ways they say would be less safe.

Tuesday, October 1st is the start date of the latest International Maritime Pilot Association's annual Safety Campaign.
